Bulletin Boards

Below are the guidelines for announcement submission for these outlets. It is your choice as to wether to submit the online form found below or get a hard copy of this form from a welcome center or the church office. However, announcements must come through these channels to be considered. 

Communication/Announcement Guidelines & Deadlines

These guidelines are intended for internal use by staff, church members, and volunteers who need to communicate to the church community. All submissions are subject to approval by staff. Deadlines and lead-times reflect this need.


If you have something to communicate and are not sure of the best method to reach your intended audience, contact Pastor Jason at pastorjasonspeicher@bethelbaptistgraham.org for assistance. 


How to get the word out:


At Bethel we communicate information in multiple ways. We use printed publications like our weekly bulletin and brochures. We also communicate via phone blast. Finally, we use media platforms such as a weekly email blast, Facebook, text message updates, and our website (www.bethelbaptistgraham.org). 


Suggestions before you submit:


  • Read the corresponding guidelines before submitting your information.

  • Send submissions on or before the deadline.

  • Keep in mind that the copy will be proofread and edited according to the church guidelines, style/standards, and word count/space constraints.

  • Each announcement should contain: Event Title/Teaser, Date, Time, Location, Description, Contact Information, & RSVP Info.


Submission Guidelines


  • Communication-Announcement requests must be submitted to the church office by 5 PM on Tuesday the week of the desired communication-announcement being made. 

  • For announcements that you wish to be run multiple weeks, please indicate a end date.

  • Submission does not guarantee that your request(s) will be approved. 

  • Facebook posts can go up on any day, but must be approved by staff before posted. 

  • We ask that graphics be provided if available. They can be emailed to Pastor Jason at pastorjasonspeicher@bethelbaptistgraham.org
